Prepare Developments For Next Year -- Red Bull
Red Bull's lightning quick start to 2022 can't go to waste. All those upgrades they've been developing should be waiting for next year.
Learn To Strategize Better -- Ferrari
The Tifosi have massively let their fans down this year. Goals for next year have to start with preparing when to implement their upgrades.
Master The Car -- Mercedes
The amount of time they've put into data this year has been enormous. It's as if they've spent the first half of the season in the wind tunnel. Don't let that information go to waste.
Beg For A Better Engine - McLaren
McLaren are paying top dollar for a top engine. But they're not getting one. Mercedes need to put up before Andretti and Audi steal the show.
Poach More Engineers -- Alpine
Alpine have all the money on the grid. Take a few from Mercedes. Take a few from Red Bull. Build the 2009 Brawn version of a super-team. Only then will they give Alonso his third WC.
Bring In Théo Pourchaire -- Alfa Romeo
No offense to Zhou Guanyu. Théo Pourchaire is a generational talent. He is the successor to Bottas. One right move turns this team right around.
Retain Pierre Gasly -- AlphaTauri
AlphaTauri have a top six driver on a midfielders contract. The longer this heist continues for them the better. Don't let him jump ship.
Boot Out Lawrence Stroll -- Aston Martin
Force India finished fourth before they turned sickeningly green. Now they're 8th. Go back to the scrappy days of underfunded Force India.
Forget Mick Schumacher's Last Name -- Haas Ferrari
It's time to go. He's nice, he's handsome but he ain't as quick as his teammate. Pick up any of the hungry F2 drivers. Or De Vries. He's good.
Start Over -- Williams
Whoever designed the car this year needs to be put on a leave of absence. Williams had the second most aero time of any team, and still pulled up into 2022 with the worst car. Disgraceful.
